20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the start of the rental period.
50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 31 days to 89 days before the start of the rental period.
100% of the money paid will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made between 0 and 30 days before the start of the rental period.
Terms & Conditions
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9PM. Only small Bluetooth speakers for low-volume background music are allowed. No professional sound systems, DJ decks, or large speakers.
A USD 400 (or equivalent in other currency) security deposit will have to be given by the guest, in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at check-out if no damage or loss has occurred.
